今回は、9月の誕生花「ダリア」をご紹介します！

大きな花が特徴的です。ボリュームがあり、こんもりとした花が人気です。美しい花姿と色や咲き方が多くあるダリアは、花束やアレンジメントで大人気ですよね。フラワーギフトとして贈られることも多い花です。
■　長持ちさせるためのポイント
・ダリアの原産地はメキシコをはじめとする熱帯地域の高地です。日当たりの良い場所を好むので基本的には外の日当たりの良い場所で育てましょう。
・ダリアは暑さや霜には弱いですが、球根という特徴を踏まえて育てれば、初心者でも育てられます。

Dahlias are sensitive to heat and frost, but even beginners can grow dahlias if they take into account the fact that they are bulbs.
