7月の誕生花：バラ/ Birth flower in July: the Sunflower!

今回は、7月の誕生花「ひまわり」をご紹介します！

真夏の太陽を思わせる花です。英語では「サンフラワー（太陽の花）」と呼ばれ、太陽との結び付きの深さがうかがえます

また、ひまわりは比較的育てやすい花としても知られています。日当たりと風通しのよい場所に植えて、土が乾いたら水をたくさん与えることを意識しましょう。ひまわりは一年草であるため剪定の必要がなく、うまく植えることができれば比較的楽に管理することができます。

These flowers are reminiscent of the midsummer sun. In English, they are called ‘sunflowers’, indicating their close association with the sun.

Sunflowers are also known to be relatively easy to grow. Plant them in a sunny and well-ventilated area and be sure to give them plenty of water when the soil dries out. Sunflowers are annuals and do not require pruning, making them relatively easy to manage if planted well.
